Below you’ll find common questions. Each item includes the question and what to do.
How do I sign in?
- Question: I don’t see a username/password form.
- What to do: Tap “Entrar com a Apple” on the login screen. After signing in with Apple, if your federation email differs from the Apple ID, associate it on the Federation screen by entering your federated number and email, then Confirmar Número.
When should I mark a round as official?
- Question: I’m unsure when to toggle “Official round”.
- What to do: Only mark a round official if it complies with federation rules (correct tees, approved format, marker present, etc.). If in doubt, leave it unofficial; you can submit only eligible rounds.
How is round handicap calculated?
- Question: The handicap shown on the scorecard differs from my index.
- What to do: The “HCP de volta” is derived from your federation handicap index and the selected tees/course rating. Verify your tee selection and the course settings on the Round configuration screen.
Why doesn’t GPS show distances?
- Question: The GPS icon is visible but yardages don’t appear.
- What to do: Ensure you’ve granted location permissions to the app and that your device has a clear view of the sky. If still unavailable, toggle GPS in the bottom bar on the Hole screen or restart the app.
I can’t find a player
- Question: Search returns no results for a player.
- What to do: Check spelling or search by federation number. If they are not yet registered with the federation, invite them to register. You can also add them later from Round players once they appear in the directory.
